Purchasing tickets for Salisbury Literary Festival – Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Paypal account to buy tickets?
No. During the checkout process you will be given the option to continue your purchase without signing up to Paypal. You will then have the option of paying by credit card.
How do I get my tickets?
A confirmation message will be sent to your email address after completing your purchase. There will be the option in the email to download and print each ticket. Please print each ticket and bring them with you to the event.
Why didn’t I get my confirmation email with my tickets?
Please check your junk or spam folder. If the email is not there either, please email us.
I don’t have access to a printer. How do I get my tickets?
If you are unable to print your tickets, please email us.
I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund on the ticket?
Sorry, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled.
Can I buy tickets in person?
There are limited tickets for some events available from Sarum College Bookshop (sarum.ac.uk/bookshop)
Can you post me my tickets?
We do not post event tickets. Email us if you don’t have access to a printer.
Will tickets be available on the door?
If the event hasn’t sold out, there will be tickets available on the door on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I reserve a particular seat at the event?
All seating at events is unreserved but we are happy to accommodate those who require specific access arrangements. Please either contact us in advance of the event, or speak to a team member on the door and we will be happy to help.
I’ve lost/forgotten my tickets – what do I do?
If you lose your tickets before the day of the event, please email us. If you forget your tickets on the day of the event, please speak to a team member on the door and provide an ID.
